April C. Wheeler

April C. Wheeler, 29, of St. Charles, died Friday (Feb. 25, 2005) in St. Louis County of a gunshot wound.

Mrs. Wheeler was a financial planner for Morgan Stanley and served in the Marine Corps from 1996 to 2000. She was a member of United Methodist Church of the Shepherd in St. Charles.

Visitation is scheduled from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Stygar Mid Rivers Funeral Home, 5987 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Charles. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at United Methodist Church of the Shepherd, 4116 McClay Road, St. Charles. Burial will be in St. Charles Memorial Gardens in St. Charles.

Among the survivors are her husband, Mark Wheeler of St. Charles; two sons, Gabriel Alvarez Wheeler and Jacob Alvarez Wheeler, both of St. Charles; two brothers, Roger Byers and Robert Miller, both of St. Charles; and two sisters, Angel Miller of St. Charles and Cassandra Korte of St. Louis.
